Monday, July 14th, 2008: Hitmen and Longshoremen Agree to Swap
The New Jersey Hitmen have parted ways with 24-year old starting pitcher Anthony Bagg, 24-year old reliever Zander Miller, 23-year old center fielder John Knight, 26-year old first baseman Albert Rishworth, 22-year old minor league catcher Leo Coury, a 3rd round draft pick and $1,000,000 in cash, sending him to the Canton Longshoremen for 29-year old starting pitcher Oscar Holloway. The Hitmen general manager confirmed the deal in an announcement this morning.

In 2008 Rishworth is hitting .260 with 47 hits, 7 home runs, 22 RBIs, .338 OBP and has scored 30 runs.

This year Holloway has a 3-8 record with a 3.49 ERA in 18 starts.
