"I can't help this team by sitting on the bench or in the training room." Unfortunately for the Codgers, that's where he will be spending the next 2-3 weeks. Ibarra suffered a sprained ankle in today's game against Bakersfield while running the bases. "Believe me," he said, "I won't be out a day longer than I have to be." Posting a .287 batting average to date, Ibarra has 4 home runs and 70 RBIs. |
