Several teams have surfaced as a possible trading partner with Ibaraki for Kenko Gato -- or so rumor has it. Sources inside the Mothras organization report that teams have inquired about making a deal for the 32-year-old right fielder. |

Yoichi Suzuki of the Ibaraki Mothras was quite impressive as he blanked the Shizuoka Anguirus 5-0 at Ibaraki Grounds. He crafted a 5-hit shutout and chalked up 4 strikeouts with 1 walk in the contest.
This year Suzuki has worked 51 innings with 29 strikeouts en route to a 2-2 record and a 2.65 ERA.
