The 2009 Gran Final de Mejico is history and Alianza Béisbol Al Sur de la Frontera has added another champion to its record book.
Tlalnepantla de Baz prevailed over Naucalpan today with a 4-3 victory at Progresivos Ballpark. It was the Progresivos 1st time claiming the title.
They compiled a 55-55 regular season record and finished in the third spot in the Zona Sur pennant chase. |

Bartolo Marín made quick work of Tlalnepantla de Baz, blanking the Progresivos 6-0 at Café Tacvbas Ballpark today. The Naucalpan pitcher limited them to 4 hits to earn the victory. Marín fanned 4 and walked 0.
