| Breaking News |  | Thursday, December 18th, 2008: López and Hoskins Swapped The Duluth Warriors have parted ways with 28-year old right fielder Andrés López and a 4th round draft pick, sending him to the Arlington Bureaucrats for 30-year old left fielder Larry Hoskins and 23-year old minor league starting pitcher Minoru Kudo. The Warriors general manager confirmed the deal in an announcement this morning.
López is hitting the ball at a .287 clip over his career. In 314 games he has delivered 354 hits, 47 home runs with 216 RBIs and scored 191 times.
Checking out his career figures, Hoskins has played in 298 games with a .262 batting average. Among his 305 hits are 19 home runs. He also has scored 140 runs, stolen 45 bases and driven in 129 runs. |  | Saturday, November 22nd, 2008: Arlington and London Agree to Trade The rumor has been going on for a while now, but today it was made official. The Arlington Bureaucrats sent 23-year old minor league shortstop Rob Sullivan to the London Underground for 18-year old minor league left fielder Hugh Murray.
Officials from both teams seem to be pleased with the deal.
|  | Friday, November 14th, 2008: Arlington Trades Norris to Kentucky for Hale Officials for the Arlington Bureaucrats confirmed that they have traded 23-year old starting pitcher Steven Norris to the Kentucky Thoroughbreds. In return, the Bureaucrats will receive 18-year old minor league closer José Hale.
Lifetime Norris has a 2-2 won-lost record with a 3.27 ERA.
